She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Baxter and Hazel Shaner Baxter; her husband Willis R. Maddox; and her brother Henry Baxter. She is survived by: her children, Mary Boyle of New Castle, Laurie Burkey of Warren, OH, Debbie Munsey of Youngstown, OH, Larry Maddox and Tony Maddox; and her siblings, Grover Baxter, Jr., Judy Torisk and Lottie Orras of New Castle. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
