She is survived by: her children, Michele Milito (James Winner) of Upper St and Lisa Simpson; her grandchildren, Kelly Spagnolo (Michael), Ian Winner (Mora Harris), Sara Simpson, Juliana Meehan (Troy) and Mallory Winner; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Bianca, Estella, Delilah, Lyza, Maksin, Maverick, Liam and Morgan.
Following Pat's wishes and due to COVID-19 restrictions all funeral arrangements will be private.
