We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2020, at the age of 97, Patrick N. Fonzi of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patrick N. Fonzi to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanna Fonzi and Domenico Fonzi; his wife Adeline; and his son Ronald. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Fonzi (Heidi) and Patricia Renziehausen (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Missy Kurch (William), Jennifer Kochan, Kimberly Romigh (Harry), Brian Renziehausen (late Theresa), Karissa Fonzi, Kelly Keller (Derek) and Laura Fastuca (Matthew). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions Mass is limited to family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patrick's name to AHN Hospice.
