Patrick Sipe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2018, at the age of 49, Patrick Sipe (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his child Carlie; and his siblings, Leo Sipe (Tracy), Karen Hamilton (John) and Linda Swetof (Dave). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
