He is survived by: his children, Jay Mark Bissell (Theresa) and Kimberly Corrine Smiley (George); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Bissell, Kerry Droste (David), George Smiley (Donell), Joe Smiley (Jess) and Jason Smiley (Andi); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Alexis, Allison, Liam, Ethan, Joey, Gabriella, Benton, Torin, Jaydan, Eli and Aero.
