He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Prosdocimo (Gordon); and his siblings, Connie Preusser, Phyllis Mountin, Gregory Prosdocimo, Domenic Prosdocimo, Joesph Prosdocimo, Kay Williams and Rosemary Johnson.

He is survived by: his son Paul Prosdocimo Jr.; his granddaughters, Stephanie Prosdocimo and Jennifer Stubbs (Quintin); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Sadie and Hendrix. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in Paul's honor to the Dementia Society of America.
