He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Hill; and his siblings, Lucy Kelly, Maryanne Harper, Billy Noel and Walter Noel.
He is survived by: his wife Alma Lucille Peters; his daughter Melony Nichole; his sister Virginia Battle; and his children, Paul Anthony (Sharon), Donald (Laura), Mark (Christine), Marc Peters Sr., Adrianne (Alex) and Stephanie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
