He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Rotondo (Trbovich); and his siblings, Pauline Karpinski, Honey McMaffee, Paul W. Rotondo, Natalie Herwig and Sonny-Boy Rotondo.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Rotondo, Teresa Rump (Clayton), Pamela Hylinger (Duggan), Peter Rotondo Jr. and Anthony Rotondo; and his grandchildren, David Aluise, Trisha Rotondo, Alexander, Colten, Ethan, Veronica, Kailey Rotondo and Brandin Rotondo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 23, and will be private. Due to COVID-19 restrictions visitors will be limited to 25 people at a time and everyone in attendance will be asked to wear a mask and to social distance.
