He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Fagan and Philip R. Fagan Sr.; and his siblings, Jamie Armitage and Gary Fagan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fagan; his children, Phil and Jessica; and his sisters, Donna Fagan, Mary Ann Bannon and Eileen Cripe (Kim).
