He was predeceased by: his brother Dean Lombardi. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lombardi (Lydon); his sons, Jason (Jennifer), Jared and Josh Lombardi (Cara); his siblings, Frank Lombardi, Neal Lombardi and Beth Ann Maggio; and his close friend Dale Hickman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his beloved dogs.
