She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lapp, Sr. and Karen Bronder (Walker); her stepfather Bob Bronder; and her brother Robert Lapp Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Eric Lapp and Janet Peters (Christopher Cornetta); her boyfriend Thomas Williams; her children, Zane Williams and Charity Lapp; and her siblings' children, James Peters and Madison Lapp. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Donations should be made to Janet Peters to benefit Rebecca's children.
