He was predeceased by: his parent John C. Campbell, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Jane Pickering; his siblings, Glenn R. Campbell (late Andrea) and Susan Lakin (Richard); and his siblings' children, Mallory Campbell and Willa Campbell.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Central Catholic Scholarship Fund or the Central Catholic Masque.
