She was predeceased by: her spouse John Paul Kowalski; her parent Julian Barszczewicz; and her sibling Ann Murphy. She is survived by: her children, John A. Kowalski (Suzi) and Joanne K. Bolt (Robert); her grandchildren, John, Mark, Matthew Kowalski and Jason Bolt; her parent Veronica Barszczewicz-Sarwinski (Bialozor); and her siblings, Veronica Williamson, Ruth Ritmyer, Frances Hughes, Irene Karkovsky, Alfred, Sophie, Stanley, Apulonia, George and Ted Sarwinski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Polish Falcon's of America, Holy Spirit Parish or The Vincentian Home.
