She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Kurtz; her son Steven Kurtz; and her sister Catherine Wertz. She is survived by: her children, Debra Daley (Patrick), Diane Morton and Keith Kurtz; her grandchildren, Cody Daley (Cheyenne) and Lacie Phillips (Cody); her great grandchildren, Grayson Daley, Baby Girl Daley and Baby Girl Phillips; and her siblings, Edward Abbott, Bernice McCort (late Robert), Francis Abbott, Patricia Smith, Carol Monz (Kenny), William Abbott and Charles Abbott. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
