He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Bour and Catherine Bour (Gross); and his granddaughter Samantha Rossiter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Bour (Smith); his daughters, Diane Korber (Dean Sr.) of West Newton, Robin Wagner (David) of Butler, Jacquline Sammartino (Raymond) of Erie and Linda Buono (Patrick) of Finleyville; and his sisters, Dolores Betler of South Carolina and Mildred Pearson (John) of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Richard's name to a charity of one's choice.
