She was predeceased by: her spouse Anthony Majersky; her child-in-law Douglas Evans; her parent Andrew Barlak; and her sibling Dolly. She is survived by: her children, Toni Carr (Wallace), Claudia Evans (Barry Matthews) and Jeffrey Majersky (Donna Rezzatano); her parent Sophie Barlak; her siblings, Mary, Annabelle, John, Joe, Andrew and Frank; her grandchild Edward Hregdovic of Richard Evans; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Edward, Alex, Brandon, Hudson and Jensen.
The family respectfully suggests donations be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely School Road, Wexford, PA 15090.
