He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Cutler (Detig); his parents, William Cutler and Mary Cutler; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his children, Carol Seibel (Dave) and Dennis Cutler (Kathy); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jason Cutler, Stacey Irvin and Joshua Seibel; and his siblings, Bill Cutler and Freda Froelich.
