He is survived by: his wife Juanita Forrest; his mother Sharon Forrest; his siblings, Gillian Forrest, Jennifer Bell (David) and Jonathan Forrest (Carol); and his sons, Adam, Justin Smith and Damean Brannan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
