He is survived by: his children, Debbie Eslinger (Kevin), Sue Gilchrist (Russ) and Bob Macurak; his grandchildren, Austin, Megan and Jacob; and his sisters, Mary Ann Cassel, Sr. (Ronald) and Mary DeLourdes Macurak. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
