He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton S. Maycheck and Estelle R. Maycheck; and his sisters, Dorothy Sabik, Florence "Tootsie" Podrasky, Virginia "Jean" Hlebinsky and Gertrude Maycheck.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Scuiletti (Frank) of Chapel Hill, NC, Sue Poljak (Mark) of McMurray, Karen McElhinny (Pat) of Upper St, Diane Killmeyer of Ft. Mill, SC and Laurie Flynn (Tim) of Medford, NJ; and his sister Ruth Lang. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
