He is survived by: his siblings, James Mentzer of Oakmont and Betty Lou Mentzer; his daughters, Barbara A. Horton (Barry) and Terri L. Nacey (Jim); his stepdaughter Donna J. Raley; his grandchildren, Kristie, Ryan, Matthew, Cristen, James Jr., Mark (Ashley) and Stephanie (Jose); his stepgrandchildren, Kelly, Kaitlin, Samantha, Erica and Nick; his great grandchildren, Madison, Joaquin, Killian, Isiah, Cassidy, Leila, Kiana, Kayleigh and Emalyne; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Grace and Noah.
Due to covid-19 restrictions a memorial will be held at a later date.
