He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Culliton and Cpt. Calvin Hagins; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Ullrich; his children, Lisa Irwin (Jack), Robert Hagins (Kristi) and Tracy Kasievich (Walt); his grandchildren, Colton, Ashley Irwin, Kylie and Kailyn Kasievich; and his siblings, Anita Buerkle (Thomas), Mary Kathleen Coglitore (Ben) and Charles Hagins (Robin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
