It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert S. Fadzen Jr. (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Robert S; and his child Robert S. He is survived by: his spouse Cynthia Fadzen (Smith); his parent Theresa Fadzen Sr (Liberatore); his child Jon Fadzen (Kim); and his siblings, Rose Hoover (Roy) and Cathy Kutz (Bruce). He is also survived by children, fishing, hunting, telling jokes, his dogs and all of his family and friends.
