He was predeceased by: his parents, Reno Azzarello and Gertrude Azzarello; and his sister Kate Hill. He is survived by: his children, Veronica, Connie Azzarella, Sean, Mariah and Love; and his siblings, Sonny Azzarello (Linda), Donald Azzarello (Eileen), John Azzarello (Mary), William Ruby, Thomas Azzarello and Eileen Azzarello. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
