She was predeceased by: her parents, Modesta Popatak and Catherine Popatak; and her sibling Frank Popatak. She is survived by: her spouse John Bohonak; her children, John R. Bohonak of Kittaning and Pam Smithyman (Ray) of Jefferson Hills; her grandchildren, Carly Kyper (Kyle) of Robinson Township and Nick Smithyman; and her siblings, Walter, Jean Flit and Mary Balco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
