He was predeceased by: his wife Rochelle "Dee" Clark; his parents, Roy E. Clark and Catherine Clark; and his sister Lorraine Morinello (Tom). He is survived by: his children, Mark Clark (Maria), Chris Brennan (Jack), Kim Nicopulos (Andy), Renee Mulligan (Chuck) and Roy Clark; and his siblings, Margaret Miksic (late Al), Catherine Turkovich (Rudy), Carol Bowers (late John), William Clark (Sheila), Karen Mullen (Sean), John Clark (Bertha) and Richard Clark. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
