He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Levine and Ronella Levine (Lipsitz); and his sister Jane Stern. He is survived by: his sister Gretchen O'Hagan Levine; and his cousins, Bette Spokane (Mel) and Debbie Cooper (Jim Ostronic).
