He was predeceased by: his spouse Edise Glass Danovitz. He is survived by: his children, Lee Danovitz (Sandie) of Pittsburgh and David Danovitz of Ft. Lauderdale; his grandchildren, Tracy Peterson, Michele Fritz (Justin), Suzie Carter and Jeffrey Orr; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Luke, Zachary, Maddie, Lily and Connor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
