He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kaczmarek and Elizabeth Kaczmarek (Prokopec); and his brother Michael A. Kaczmarek (Elaine). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Kaczmarek (Zientarski); his son Michael Kaczmarek (Barbara); his granddaughter Kristen Kaczmarek (Robert Thomas); his brother Robert W. Kaczmarek (Pat); and his brothers-in-law, Rick Zientarski (Debby) and Wayne Zientarski (Karen). He is also survived by Niece and Nephews.
