He was predeceased by: his daughter Leslie; his brother James Francis; and his parents, Anna McCullough and James McCullough of Greenfield, PA.. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Amber Williams) and Mark; his sister Maureen Hewko (John); and his sibling's children, Elizabeth Hewko and Jonathan Hewko.
