She is survived by: her son Rudy Musulin III (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Alexa and Ryan Musulin; and her siblings, Kristine Dzurek (David), Bob Szablewski (Donna), Janice McCartan (Sean) and Barbara Godesky (Tom).
