She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dane Cole; her children, Lemar and Tameka Mebane; her siblings, William Mebane II, Wayne Mebane (Barbara), Rachelle Mebane, Nadine Mebane and Lorie Mebane; her grandchildren, Supreme and Ramel "Butter" Mebane; her aunt Gloria Singleton; and her close friend Quintin Jones. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
