He is survived by: his children, Terra Hoffman (Alex) and Shaina Betzler (Matt); his siblings, Richard "Dick" Haines, Neil Haines, Alrita Braden, Deborah Haines and Patricia Adamski; and his girlfriend Debbie Becker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
