He was predeceased by: his child Thomas, III. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Lodie); his children, Gary (Kathy), Steve (Donna), Shara Bennett (Tom), Dan (Bonnie), Richard, Randal, Cheri, Candice (Ricky), Carly (Devon), Janna (John), Alicia (Ed), Lea (Erik), T. C., C. J. (Nikki), Matthew, Nicholas, Gabby and Will; and his sisters, Marie Heisler (Dick), Joan Eisenbarth (late Chuck) and Margaret LaPlace. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
