He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Freund (Hindmarch); his parents, Elizabeth Freund and William Freund; and his brother William Freund. He is survived by: his children, Karen Novak (Keith), Thomas M. Freund (Natalie), Jean Dankerl (Thomas) and Jennifer Grimm (Jahn); his siblings, Clifford Freund, Grace Rodgers, Kenneth Freund, Evelyn Egler, Norman Freund, Betty Spiegel and Sharon Freund; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Mandi, Zane, Beckam, Brianna, Nico, Johnny and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Alisha, Allison, Dominic, Emily, Mady and Mia.
