He was predeceased by: his parent Albert T. Garner; and his sibling Robert. He is survived by: his parent Joan Garner (Reis); his sibling John Garner (Monique); and his sibling's children, Madison and Sean Garner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extremely good friends.
