He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wallace and Bernice Moore; and his siblings, Jesse "Binky" Jackson and Alanna Wallace. He is survived by: his daughter Rakea Lowry (Kevin Jr); his stepmother Ruby Wallace; his siblings, Marissa Wallace, Amy Burbridge, Lewis Wallace, Gary Wallace, James Jackson, Lonnie Jackson, Gary Jackson (Dawn) and Carl Wallace; and his grandchildren, Kevin Edward Lowry III, Jasmine Christine Raye Lowry, Kristopher Matthew Lowry and Host of Family.
