He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Wojtasiak (Cheroki); his son Andrew Miller; and his brother Ronald J.. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Murphy (Bill); his siblings, Patricia Schmid (Ken) and Edward R. Wojtasiak (Nancy); and his granddaughter Victoria "Tori" Murphy.
