He was predeceased by: his parents, Maryla and Thomas, Sr.; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy; his stepchildren, Christopher (Jennifer), Yvette Chatham and Kelly McKay; his grandchildren, Stevie, Samantha and Damian; and his siblings, Sharon Smith (late Charlie), Don Stiefvater and Tom, Jr. (late Bobbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
