It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie R. Banks of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Whythe McFeely and Ruth McFeely. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Bargebuhr of Ellwood City; her sister Pam Kautz (John); and her niece Kathy Fragale.
