She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Samuel and Geneva Marion Knights; her daughters, Sonya Henderson, Nichole Warren (Darnell) and Clover Walker; her grandchildren, Raven, Marcus, Dominique, Sean, Justin and Malia; and her great grandchildren, Emerald and Shiloe.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the American Heart Association in her memory.
