He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Skeehan Lackner (Judy); his children, Margaret Anne, Vincent Jr. (Anne), John and David (Lynn); his grandchildren, Christiana (Nicolas), Katarina, Ashley Cortright (Jimmy), Kyle (Leyla), Jordan and Abigail (Maany); his sibling Joseph Lackner (Mary); and his parent Marguerite Hamill Lackner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
