She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Giacomo Carelli and Caterina Carelli of McDonald; her husband Roy G. Fredericks; her son Dennis (Judi) of Amity, PA; her grandsons, Brian (Dawn) of Amity and Jason (Julie) of Pittsburgh; and her siblings, Rosalie of Ohio, Premo, Marcy Carelli, Helen Zirwas, Irene Gasvoda and Lillian Jourdan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh or St. Jude's Hospital for Children in her memory.
