She was predeceased by: her husband Donald C. Starr; and her parents, Caroline Weise and Frank E. Weise. She is survived by: her children, Miriam C Starr of Longwood, FL. and D. Curtis Starr, Jr. (Charlotta Eaton) of Billings, MT..
