He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Kulwik (DiTano); and his sister Helen Kulwik. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Willard (Ameen Asad), Mark Kulwik (Judy) and Paul Kulwik (Leslie); his siblings, Julia Katsur (Michael), Frank Kulwik (Peggy), Mary Totura (Peter), Stanley, Eleanor, Mahaven, Edward Kulwik and Regina Kmetic (Joseph); his grandchildren, Lauren Kletter (Larry), Brian Kulwik (Jessica), Alex, Christopher and Amy Kulwik; and his stepgrandchildren, Gena and Reece Carter.
