He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise DiBartola (Niro); his children, Leesa DiBartola, Wayne DiBartola (Gloria) and Rene' Sherwin (Todd); his grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda Sherwin, Danielle, Wayne and Santino DiBartola; his brothers, Philip and Stephen DiBartola (Maxey); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Niro (Cheryl) and Judy Niro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
