She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lowery, Sr. and Nadine Fowler Lowery; her brother Ernest Lowery, Jr.; her sibling's children, Sissy Lowery Worley (Chuck) of Port St, Ernest Allen Lowery of Port St and David Paul Lowery of Atlanta; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lacey A. Lowery, Charlotte Nadine Lowery-Milligan, Ernest Tyler Worley and William Richard Lowery-Milligan.
