He was predeceased by: his parent William E. Hall; and his sister Corinne "Cory" Kisslinger. He is survived by: his parent Katherine Ann Hall (Fulton); his nieces, Heather Kisslinger and Holly "Meya" Prescott; and his cousins, Deborah Hurley, Elizabeth Sostaric, Tammy Duran, Dale, Gregg Flohr, Robin Zaleski, Tom, Charlie, Bob Hall, Raymond, James and Jonny Havicon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to William's family.
