He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia Ufheil; his children, Audrey Quinn, Barbara, Bill, Cindy and Danny Hoffman; his brothers, Larry Hoffman (Alice) and Bernard Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Pat Hoffman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
