He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard II and Margaret Graham; and his siblings, Martha Graham and Paul Graham. He is survived by: his wife Louella B. Graham (Mormur); his children, Tracie Santicola (Jeffrey), William Graham (Bill), Heidi Bozick (Tom) and Brian Graham (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ryan Graham, Brittany Graham, Trevor Graham, Marina Santicola, Dietrich Graham and Treyton Graham; and his sister Patricia Zourelias. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
